A partir de ahora perros lazarillos podrán entrar a instituciones publicas y privadas en Guatemala

¡Estamos muy felices con la noticia! Ahora las personas ciegas que utilizan perros lazarillos o mascotas guías ya NO tendrán impedimento para ingresar a las instituciones publicas y privadas del país.
Con el apoyo de la Unidad de Bienestar Animal del Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería y Alimentación - MAGA se podrá entrar con perros lazarillos a las instituciones publicas y privadas según el articulo no. 37 y 39 de la Ley de Protección y Bienestar Animal, Decreto 5-2017 del Congreso de la República de Guatemala donde se manifiesta:
Tras la carta extendida por el MAGA este respaldará y dará acceso a personas con dificultades visuales con su perro lazarillo a su ingreso a lugares públicos y privados de uso publico.
Al iniciar el 2,019 estos son los lugares confirmados donde ingresarán sin ningún tipo de inconvenientes.

Antecedentes Penales zona 9 del Organismo Judicial
y al menos dos agencias de BANRURAL (zona 6 y 11)
Esperamos que pronto esta nueva normativa se extienda por todo el país y se cumpla.
