Que notición! En 2019 queda prohíbida la venta de macotas en Inglaterra!
Según el portal unotv.com a partir de 2019 entra eb vigencia laa nueva normativa llamada Lucy's law (Ley de Lucy) como homenaje a una cachorra de raza Cavalier King Charles Spaniel rescatada de una “granja de cachorros” en Gales en 2013.

PETA uk publicó en su sitio: Luego de años de campaña por activistas y organizaciones, el gobierno del Reino Unido finalmente anunció que prohibirá la venta de cachorros y gatitos por parte de tiendas de mascotas, distribuidores en línea y otros vendedores externos. Conocida como la "Ley de Lucy", la prohibición es muy necesaria para imponer algunas restricciones a los criadores sin corazón, que se aprovechan del público no informado.
